TRW Female Founder Startup Program
Do you have an idea for a startup, or are you in the early stages of your startup?

This is an 8-week startup program specifically designed to help women test and launch their ideas in the market. The program has been developed by industry experts and successful entrepreneurs. Throughout the program you will be supported by mentors, ensuring you get access to the best advice, education and networks to help you to succeed on your startup journey.
TRW Investment Ready Program
Are you a female founder with a scalable innovation with proven traction who needs help with navigating the capital raising journey?
The TRW Investment Ready Program is designed to equip female founders with the knowledge, connections, and confidence needed to successfully raise capital.
This five-month program offers learning and mentoring sessions tailored to address the specific challenges women face in securing funding, including grants, equity investments, proof of concept partnerships and loan finance.
TRW Female Founder Connect
TRW Female Founder Connect is an application-only startup community providing female founders with peer networking, mentoring, ecosystem connection and advice to grow scalable startups.
Within the Female Founder Connect membership, you will be surrounded by a supportive community of female founders where you will have access to accessible mentoring sessions, exclusive learning workshops, networking events, introductions to programs, grants and investors, and much more.

We now have 13 paying customers and over 2500 nurses registered to the platform. The platform is in its second iteration, informed by the learnings gathered from 18 months in the market. We received glowing feedback from our hospitals about the ease of use, control and choice over their workforce and the obvious cost saving. We also have been accepted into further advanced programs and was a recipient of a $400K Boosting Female Founder grant.

Since doing TRW's program we built our MVP to a good enough standard that made us attractive in the market and we landed a contract with the biggest rehabilitation provider in Australia just 8 months later. TRW also helped us develop our pitching skills, and in 2019 we were the winners of the Regional Pitchfest for Jobs for NSW, and subsequently the recipients of the MVP grant.
