 Week 1 — July 22: Find your use case
Most founders say "I don't know what Id use AI for." By the end of this session, you will. We'll use a structured framework to map your biggest time drains to agent capabilities — email triage, content scheduling, lead research, customer follow-ups, whatever's eating your hours. You'll leave with a clear spec: exactly what your agent will do, and why it matters for your business.

Week 2 — July 29: Build your orchestration layer
This is where it gets real. You'll set up the infrastructure that makes agents possible — Claude Code, MCP connections, and the orchestration layer that ties everything together. No coding required. You describe what you want in plain English, and we build it together. By the end, you'll have the foundation your agent runs on, connected to your actual tools and data.
Week 3 — August 5: Wire it all together
Your use case meets your infrastructure. This week, you'll connect your agent to your email, calendar, CRM, social accounts — whatever your spec calls for. You'll watch it start doing the work. Draft its first reply. Schedule its first meeting. Pull its first research digest. This is the session where it clicks.

Week 4 — August 12: Test, refine, launch
Your agent works. Now make it reliable. We'll test edge cases, handle the weird inputs, tune the responses, and get it running in the background while you do other things. You'll leave with a production-ready agent that's genuinely handling part of your business — plus the skills to build more whenever you need them.
