This was incredible and Tech Ready really set me up for success to be able to do that. We now have 13 paying customers and over 2500 nurses registered to the platform. The platform is in its second iteration, informed by the learnings gathered from 18 months in the market. We received glowing feedback from our hospitals about the ease of use, control and choice over their workforce and the obvious cost saving. We also have been accepted into further advanced programs and was a recipient of a $400K Boosting Female Founder grant.

Since doing TRW's program we built our MVP to a good enough standard that made us attractive in the market and we landed a contract with the biggest rehabilitation provider in Australia just 8 months later. TRW also helped us develop our pitching skills, and in 2019 we were the winners of the Regional Pitchfest for Jobs for NSW, and subsequently the recipients of the MVP grant.
