If you’re a woman testing, launching or scaling a startup, then this community is for you.

We welcome female founders from underserved communities including women who are diverse, based in regional communities and/or returning to work.

We recognise and acknowledge the intersection of race and gender identities. Our community is offered to marginalised genders including women, women-identifying individuals, and non-binary and gender non-conforming people who are comfortable in a community space that centres on the education, mentoring and business support of women in the startup ecosystem.

No, the Female Founder Grow community cost $47 per month but the value you get in return far exceeds this! 

Lunch & Learn sessions will be hosted by a subject matter expert, on a topic that is relevant to you. We are happy to take requests for topics that you would like to learn about. 

Sessions are held for one hour in Circle or Zoom. Sessions are recorded and will be available following the session. 

Female Founder Grow is a community built to support female founders with monthly Lunch & Learn sessions, perks and discounts, in-person meet-ups and a community platform to engage with one another. Female Founder Grow is a great way to start and/or continue to engage with the Tech Ready Women community before and/or after participating in any of the TRW programs we have available, such the Female Founder Startup Program. 

The Female Founder Startup Program is an extensive 8-week startup program, specifically designed to help test and launch ideas into the market. Participants join a cohort of 50 female founders to access exclusive weekly workshops, mentoring and office hours, 12-month access to world-class education materials, introductions to customers and investors. Female Founder Program Participants will also have opportunities to pitch and speak at Tech Ready Women events. This program is suited for those founders who are in the first 2 years of their startup journey. 

A startup is a company in the initial stages of bringing technology and innovative products or services to market in a new way.

This includes small businesses selling products or services online, an app to make people’s lives easier, a platform to help businesses be more efficient, and many others. The beauty of startups is that there are infinite possibilities to innovate and bring solutions to our communities.

We encourage startups in both technology and innovation to apply. We are looking for scalable startups, i.e. a business model that can increase revenue, without a direct increase in expenditure.
